Absolutely. Even if you ceased to be our client, the domain name will still be yours to keep. You will be given access to a control panel that allows you to have full admistrative control over your domain name.

You can check the domain registrant information to verify your domain name ownership, simply search for your domain name using our domain search. Click on Whois to see more information.

You will be able to amend the name server for your domain as well as the domain whois information by logging into your billing account.

To transfer your domain to other registrar, you will require the domain transfer password, simply contact us and we will provide you with the password shortly. To unlock your domain, login to your billing account and uncheck the domain lock checkbox and click the save button.
