We automatically create a placeholder "Under Construction" page for you at your web address when your account is first created. To upload your files to your website, login to CPanel and use their file manager software, or use a FTP client to connect to your site's FTP account, and upload your files to the /public_html/ folder. That's it!
Note: Do not forget to delete index.php else you might be still seeing the same webpage.
