Enterprise Plan - Daily Backups (up to 14 days archive), and Weekly Backups (up to 4 weeks)

Our backups are of your complete site and include your website files, emails, databases, and any other configuration.

Weekly backups are performed every Monday. Enterprise Plan are backed up daily, and daily backups are retrievable up to the last 14 days, i.e. we make and keep a new backup everyday up to 14 days.

Existing backups will be automatically overwritten with new backups. To obtain a copy of your backup, open a support ticket to us requesting for your backup.

All clients are still urged to perform their own backups regularly, and backup before making any major changes to their websites.
