Our backups includes your complete site and include your website files, emails, databases, and any other configuration.

Weekly backups are performed every Saturday. Business Plan are backed up daily, and daily backups are retrievable up to the last 3 days, i.e. we make and keep a new backup everyday up to 3 days.

Existing backups will be automatically overwritten with new backups. To obtain a copy of your backup, open a support ticket to us requesting for your backup.

All clients are still urged to perform their own backups regularly, and backup before making any major changes to their websites.

All Linux shared hosting are protected with monthly remote backups for data recovery.
