Within the first 30 days of our service, you can request for a 100% refund of your web hosting fees, send an email to our billing department and we will refund you within 24 hours.

Note: Domain names are non refundable, all registration/transfer/renewal are final.
Once a domain is registered/transfered/renewed, payments are made directly to the Domain Registrar and we are unable to request a refund from the registrar.
