Solution Yes, Vodien Business Plan is packaged with On-Site support.

On-Site support terms are as follow:
  • 4 Hours Response Time
  • 2 Hours per session
  • Limited to 2 session per month (Subject to Plan package)
  • Singapore Only
  • Applicable during office hours (Weekdays Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm)
  • Applicable only for Business Plan
On-Site support covers only the following:
  • Problem solving pertaining to Vodien's hosting services
  • Advice for script related issues
Additional fees are chargeable:
  • SGD150 per additional 2 hours On-Site support (Office hours)
  • SGD300 per additional 2 hours On-Site support (Non-Office hours)
