How to setup my email account on iPhone

  1. If this is the first e-mail account on your iPhone, tap Mail
    Otherwise, tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account
  2. Tap "Other"

  3. Tap on the "Name box" and enter your full name
  4. Tap on the "Address box" and enter your full e-mail address (for example, mick@domain.com).
  5. Tap on the "Password box" and enter your password.
  6. Your screen should look like the following screenshot. Once done, tap Save.

  7. An error message stating that the certificate for "username@domain.com" may not be valid. Select Continue to proceed with the account setup.

  8. Subsequently, an error message will appear trying to prompt you if you would like to try to setup your account without SSL. Select Yes to proceed with the account setup.
  9. Tap on IMAP.

  10. Under incoming Mail Server Host Name, enter server name
    (Eg. ant.vodien.com - Found in section 3 of your "Web Hosting Account Information" email).
  11. Enter your user name (for example, mick@domain.com) and your password. Your screen should look like the following screenshot:

  12. Under Outgoing Mail Server Host Name, enter server name
    (Eg. ant.vodien.com - Found in section 3 of your "Web Hosting Account Information" email).
  13. Enter your user name and password (Same as your incoming mail server).

Optional steps:

  1. Go back to main screen, tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars
  2. Select the Email account which you have just created
  3. Tap Advanced
  4. Change the settings to the below information:
    1.  Incoming
      Use SSL: Off
      Authentication: Password
    2.  Outgoing
      Use SSL: Off
      Authentication: Password
