Our Best Effort Support covers troubleshooting and resolution for non-hosting issues to our best efforts. These application support may include the issues you face with your website, applications and more. We will see to your challenges, no matter how difficult they may be, with our 1-Hour Best Effort Service Guarantee*.
*Vodien will spend up to an hour to assist in troubleshooting and solving non-hosting related issues, to our best efforts.

Our Best Effort Service extends beyond the coverage of our hosting service plan, providing you with the needed internet solutions. With our Best Effort Service, it means that you will not be neglected if you have difficulties with your website, CMS or other products and services synonymous to web hosting. We do not list out the exact coverage, but please know that you can approach us with any issues. If it is within our abilities, and require only a reasonable amount of time, we will do our best to settle the issue.

All Vodien Hosting plans are covered with our SuperSupport™. For any issues that are not within the SuperSupport™ coverage, we will provide troubleshooting and/or resolution with our Best Effort. In the event that the support required extends beyond our Best Effort Support Policy, a case-by-case basis charge will be incurred. Clients will be informed of such charges beforehand, and be required to give authorisation to Vodien to proceed with the relevant task.
