How to Access Webmail for Vodien Emails

One way to access your mailbox after creating the email address is to do it through webmail. This is a way of accessing your emails with just using your web browser without going through the hassle of entering the server settings. Choose the type of email hosting that you have to see the steps:

Email Hosting

There are two ways to access your webmail:  

Via cPanel 

Follow the steps below on how to access the webmail without the email password through cPanel.  

Step 1. Log in to cPanel.     

Step 2. Click Email Accounts under Email.

Step 3. Locate the email account you want to access. Make it easier by entering it in the search box at the top of the page if you have a lot of email accounts in this cPanel.

Step 4. Click the corresponding Check Email button of the email account you want to access.

Step 5. Click the Open button under Roundcube to open your mailbox. Tick Open my inbox when I login to skip this page the next time you repeat Step 4.

You can now check your emails and send one using the Roundcube webmail. 

Access webmail login page directly by following the steps below. This method doesn’t require you  to login to cPanel. It only needs your email address and email password.  

Step 1. Access any of the links below using your preferred web browser. Replace yourdomain.com  with your domain name.  

  • rc.ds.network  
  • yourdomain.com/webmail  
  • yourdomain.com:2096 
  • mail.yourdomain.com 

Step 2. Skip this step if you are using the link rc.ds.network. Otherwise, click the Open button under Roundcube to open your mailbox. Tick Open my inbox when I login to skip this page the next time you repeat Step 1.

You can now check your emails and send one using the Roundcube webmail.

Microsoft Exchange/Microsoft 365

After activating and creating the email accounts with us, you can now log in to your mailboxes using the Outlook Web Access (OWA). Follow the steps below on how to sign in.  

Step 1. Access either of the following links on your preferred web browser: 

Step 2. Click the Sign In button at the top of the page.

Step 3. Enter your email address and click Next.

Step 4. Enter email password and click Sign in.

You can now check and send your emails, and manage your calendar using Outlook Web Access
