Aside from forwarding your incoming email messages to a different email account, you can also carbon copy you outgoing emails. If you are trying to monitor an employee’s sent emails without them knowing, you can use these steps:

Step 1. Log in to the cPanel using this link format: http://yourdomain.com/cpanel/ 
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Replace yourdomain.com with the Main Domain Name connected to your hosting. 
Step 2. Click Forwarders on the Email panel.

Step 3. Click Add Forwarder.

Step 4. Under Address to Forward type in ‘smtp.employee’, and on Forward to Email Address should be your email account. Please see screenshot below:

Step 5. Click Add Forwarder to save.

<div class="alert alert-warning" role="alert">Note: Please make sure that your email accounts has been created. Also remember when performing these steps, it will be calculated on your disk quota.</div>
