How to Add a Domain Forwarder

Aside from forwarding one specific email to another, just like [email protected] to [email protected], you can also have all your email accounts on yourdomain.com forwarder to a different domain name like anotherdomain.com, this is possible through domain forwarding. The email from your main email account will be forwarded to the other domain.

Here are the steps on how you can add the domain forwarder via cPanel:

Step 1. Log in to the cPanel using this link format: http://yourdomain.com/cpanel/
Replace yourdomain.com with the Main Domain Name connected to your hosting.
Step 2. Click Forwarders under the Email panel.

Step 3. Click Add Domain Forwarder on the Forwarders page.

Step 4. Under Domain, click the drop-down box and choose your domain name you want to forward emails, and type in the other domain name on the empty field. Check screenshot below:

Step 5. Click Add Domain Forwarder to save.

You may experience errors in setting up forwarding, this can be because you are forwarding it to an external domain name. Please take time to read the email forwarding limitations.
