How to delete an Autoresponder
When creating an autoresponder, you can specify when it will stop. However, this doesn’t delete it from where you’ve added it. You can leave it as is, in case you’ll need it again. Although it may cause troubles for you in the future, where it causes undelivered messages.
Delete an Autoresponder via cPanel
- Log in to your cPanel.
- Click Autoresponders under Email panel.
- Under Current Autoresponders, look for your email account that has the autoresponder and click Delete.
- Click Delete Autoresponder to confirm.
Delete an Autoresponder via Webmail
- Log in to your Webmail.
- If you’re already logged in to your Mailbox, click Webmail Home (cP) in the left-side menu.
- On Webmail Home select Autoresponders under Manage Your Inbox.
- Under Current Autoresponders, find the email account with the autoresponder and click Delete.
- Click Delete Autoresponder to confirm.
