How To Manage Payment Settings

Vodien accepts multiple payment methods. Follow the steps below to manage the payment settings on your account.  

 

Add Card or Paypal

Follow the steps below to add your card or Paypal account.

  1. Access your account manager.
  2. Click the account name on the upper right side of the page.
  3. Click Payment Settings.

  4. Choose the payment method you want to add.  
  • Card – Vodien accepts VisaMastercardMaestro, and American Express cards. Enter the necessary details and click Add Card. A confirmation message shows up once the card is saved successfully.

  • Paypal – After you click Add Paypal, the page redirects you to the Paypal login page. Log in to your Paypal account to Agree & Pay to Vodien.

    The Payment Settings page displays all payment methods added to the account.

 

Update Existing Card or Paypal Account

Follow the steps below to update your card or Paypal account.

  1. Access your account manager.
  2. Click the account name on the upper right side of the page.
  3. Click Payment Settings.

  4. Click Update Card or Update Paypal to update your card or Paypal account, respectively.

  5. Enter the necessary changes and click Update Card or Update Paypal to save.

 

Update Domains and Products on a Payment Method

You can add multiple payment methods and assign domain names to one card and products to another card. This is necessary for auto-renewals. Follow the steps below to assign them. 

Follow the steps below to update your card or Paypal account.

  1. Access your account manager.
  2. Click the account name on the upper right side of the page.
  3. Click Payment Settings.

  4. Click Domains on the payment method that will be charged for the domain name renewal. Click Products to assign products to the payment method.

  5. Assign the domains or products by checking the box on the left. 
  6. Change the Renewal Period if necessary.
  7. Click Update to save the changes.

    TIP: You can switch from the Domains tab to the Products tab on the same page as well as from one payment method to another on the Assigned to dropdown.

  8. Click X mark on the upper right side of the window to close the page.

  9. Toggle the switch to enable and disable auto-renewal.

Vodien notifies you via email days before the renewal takes place, so you still have the option to opt out.

 

Remove Card or Paypal Account

Follow the steps below to delete your card or Paypal account.

  1. Access your account manager.
  2. Click the account name on the upper right side of the page.
  3. Click Payment Settings.

  4. Click Delete on the card or Paypal account to delete.

  5. If you delete a payment method associated with some domains and products, select an alternate payment method where the renewal will be charged in the future. Otherwise, click Confirm Delete.

    A confirmation message shows once the card is deleted.
