How to Manage Reports for an Email Campaign

Reports are helpful to see how your email is doing and to figure out what you can do on your next email campaign to improve. Here are the things that you can do with your email reports.  

Access and View Reports in Email Marketing 

See how your email campaign is doing by following the steps below.  

  1. Access your Email Marketing dashboard
  2. Under the REPORTS tab, search for the name of the email campaign in question.

Click the corresponding VIEW REPORT button of the email campaign in question.

Export & Download Email Campaign Reports 

The email campaign tracking reports are only available 60 days after sending. However, you can export and download it using the guide below.  

  1. Access your Email Marketing dashboard
  2. Under the REPORTS tab, filter the reports if necessary.

3. Click the CSV icon to export.

4. Choose Filtered Reports (if you have filtered the reports in Step 2) or choose All Reports to download all. Also, toggle the Include Mailing Lists Information switch if necessary.  

5. Then, click EXPORT & DOWNLOAD.

Your device saves the CSV file right away.  

Compare Reports 

You can compare up to five reports within the Vodien Email Marketing. Follow the steps below to learn how.  

  1. Access your Email Marketing dashboard
  2. Under the REPORTS tab, click the scale icon.

3. Select the reports to compare by checking them. You can choose up to five reports to compare at a time. Then, click COMPARE REPORTS.

You can view all email activity on the selected reports altogether.
