How to purchase a Dedicated IP

When you purchase a Dedicated IP Address, you will not share that IP address with any other customers, as it is uniquely assigned to you. Every IP address has its own reputation, and a negative reputation can affect the delivery of your emails to external recipients—messages may be filtered out by their anti-spam services.
A Dedicated IP Address ensures that all outbound emails sent from your hosting account use an IP address that is used exclusively by our organisation and is not shared with anyone else.

Purchase a Dedicated IP

We recommend contacting our Business Development Team to purchase a Dedicated IP Address. One of our Support Engineers will then assign the IP address to your cPanel.
Please note that only one Dedicated IP can be assigned per cPanel. In addition, please be aware that downtime of approximately 6–12 hours will occur due to the IP address change.
