How To Request for Advanced Support
Advanced support is paid technical support that is outside of the product’s terms of service. Follow the steps below to request it.
- Access your account manager.
- Click your profile name on the upper right side of the page.
- Click Advanced Support.
- Fill out the form to Request Support.
- Product – Choose the product in question from the dropdown.
- Requirements – To avoid delays on resolving your issue, specify the domain name involved, issue, and the outcome you are expecting in the box provided.
- Phone – Enter the phone number that Vodien support can contact.
- Email – Enter the email address where Vodien support can send updates about the ticket.
- Service Fee – Choose the number of hours for the task to complete.
NOTE: The number of hours chosen does not mean that your issue is resolved right after you submit this form. The support requests are still first come first serve basis. Lacking requirements can also delay the solving of requests. However, you will only pay the number of hours that the technical support consumed when working on your request.
- Payment Type – Choose whether you like to pay via credit card, Paypal, bank transfer, cheque, or account credit.
- Complete the payment requirements based on the payment type chosen.
- If you agree to the Terms & Conditions, click Complete Order.
- Wait for the confirmation email of the request along with the ticket number.
