How to Request for Commission Payout for Affiliates

Commission can be paid to you as Vodien Store Credit, any time. Store Credits do not expire and can be used to purchase or renew any product or service from Vodien.

Alternatively, you may choose to have commission paid to your PayPal account. However, PayPal payments payouts are only processed on a monthly basis and you must have a minimum of $50.00 SGD in your Affiliate account, or the equivalent in your chosen currency, to request payment.

To request for Affiliate commission payout, follow these easy steps:

1. Log in to your Account Manager.
   
2. Hover your mouse pointer over your first name at the top-right section of the page, and click Affiliates from the drop-down list.
   
3. Click Commission from the left-side menu.
   
4. Scroll down to Commission Available and click the Get Paid link.
   
5. Select Pay Commission to request for PayPal payout or select Convert to Credit, then continue with the respective steps below:
   
   • If Pay Commission is selected, enter your PayPal Email Address in the field provided and click the Pay My Commission button.
     
   • If Convert to Credit is selected, click the Convert to Credit button on the next page.
     

Note: In order to allow us sufficient time to investigate any fraudulent or fake orders, which we do receive from time to time, a 45 day cooling off period will apply from the date of sale before any commissions appear in your Affiliate account.
