How to reset Exchange Manager password in Vodien

It's important that passwords are changed regularly for security purposes. A reset is also needed if you forgot the logins. Below are two ways to reset your Exchange Manager password:

• Reset via forgot password option
• Reset via Exchange Manager

Reset via forgot password option

1. Go to the Exchange Manager login page.
2. Click click here.
3. Enter your Exchange Manager Username, then click Send my password.

A password reset email will be sent to the registered email address associated with your Vodien account.

Reset via Exchange Manager

1. Log in to your Exchange Manager.
2. Click Change Password in the right-side panel or Manage Account in the top-right corner.
3. Enter and confirm your new Password, then click Change Password.
