The call-in PIN is a four-digit PIN present and unique in each Vodien account. This is used to fully verify the account and is useful for requests made over the phone. Follow the steps below to locate and update the call-in PIN.&nbsp;&nbsp;

	<li><a href="/help/article/vd-how-to-access-your-vodien-security-settings">Access </a>your profile’s&nbsp;Security&nbsp;settings.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>In the&nbsp;Login Info&nbsp;section of the&nbsp;Security&nbsp;tab, scroll down to view the&nbsp;Call-in PIN&nbsp;box, and then update your call-in PIN.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Enter the&nbsp;<a href="https://vodien.com/help/article/how-to-retrieve-my-account-manager-password/" target="_blank">Current Password&nbsp;of your Vodien account manager</a>&nbsp;in the field provided.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Enter the&nbsp;<a href="https://vodien.com/help/article/how-to-retrieve-my-account-manager-password/" target="_blank">Current Password&nbsp;of your Vodien account manager</a>&nbsp;in the field provided.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Click&nbsp;Save.&nbsp;</li>
</ol>

Wait for the confirmation&nbsp;message saying&nbsp;that your profile has been updated. The changes should take effect right away.
