How To Set Up Microsoft 365 Email in Outlook for iOS

Follow this guide to automatically set up your Microsoft 365 email account in the Outlook app on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch.

Before you start, make sure you have:

• The Outlook for iOS app installed
• A stable internet connection
• Your email address and password

Setting up exchange email in Outlook for iOS

1. Open the Outlook app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap Add Account.

   NOTE: If Outlook automatically detects an account, tap Skip to enter the email address you wish to set up.

3. Enter your email address, then tap Add Account.
   
   
    
4. Enter your password and tap Sign In. Wait for Outlook to verify your settings.
   
   
    
5. Choose Add if you want to add another account. Otherwise, tap Maybe Later to proceed with checking your emails.
   
   
    
6. If prompted, choose your notification preferences:
   • Tap Turn On to receive notifications about incoming emails.
   • Tap No Thanks to skip receiving notifications about incoming emails.
     
      
7. Outlook will take you to your inbox and begin syncing your emails.
