How To Transfer a .UK Domain to Vodien

This article describes the process of transferring a .UK domain name to Vodien. It explains the steps to add the domain to the Vodien account and update the IPS tag to DREAMSCAPE, which completes the transfer. The article also includes information on transfer status updates. 

Step 1: Add your .UK domain to Vodien

To initiate the domain transfer, complete the following steps:  

1. Log in to your Vodien Account.   
2. Click on the Domains tab.  
3. Select Transfer.   
4. Enter the domain name that you want to transfer in the Search Box.  
5. Click on the TRANSFER button.  
6. If the system asks for a domain password, just enter the Customer ID of your account.  
7. Click ADD TO CART.  
8. Continue and complete the checkout process.  

Step 2: Change the IPS tag of your .UK domain 

To complete the transfer, you need to update the IPS tag of your .UK domain.  

1. Log in to your current registrar account.  
2. Change the IPS tag of your domain to DREAMSCAPE.

If you don't have options to update the IPS tag, contact your current registrar's customer support and request to change the IPS tag of your domain to DREAMSCAPE.  

Once the IPS tag is updated, the transfer should be completed immediately.  

Transfer status of a .UK domain

Once your .UK domain name is successfully added to your Vodien account, you can access your domain to see the transfer status. 

• Transfer Pending. Your .UK domain has been added to your Vodien account, but the IPS tag has not yet been updated to DREAMSCAPE. The transfer will proceed once the tag is changed by your current provider.
