How To Update Account Email Address

It’s important to ensure that your account’s email address is up to date. This is where Vodien sends the reset links, renewal notifications, and invoices. Follow the steps below to update the email address on your profile.  

1.  Access your account manager.  
2. Click Edit Profile.
   
3. Click Security.
4. Enter the new email address in the Email field. Update other details if necessary.
5. Enter the Current Password and click Save.
   
6. In the Inbox, Spam, or Junk folder of your new email address, open the email with the following Sender and Subject:
    
   • Sender – [email protected] 
   • Subject – Action required: Verify your account email 
   
    
7. Click the Click To Verify button.
   

If you can’t log in to your account or primary email address, follow the Assisted Account Access Recovery (AAAR) process.
