How To Update Account Email Address

It’s important to ensure that your account’s email address is up to date. This is where Vodien sends the reset links, renewal notifications, and invoices. Follow the steps below to update the email address on your profile.  

1.  Log in to your Account Manager. 
2. Click EDIT PROFILE.
3. Select Security.
4. Locate Email and click EDIT.
5. Enter your new email address in the prompt box and click SEND VERIFICATION CODE.
   
   
   
   An 8-digit code will be sent to your current email address.
    
6. Check your current email for the verification code, enter it in the prompt box, and click CONTINUE.
7. Check your new email for another verification code, enter the code in the prompt box, and click VERIFY.

Once verified, your new email address will be updated in your security profile.

NOTE: If you’re unable to log in to your account or access your primary email addresss, follow the Assisted Account Access Recovery (AAAR) process.
