How To Update Your Account Profile
The last resort to retrieving your account manager logins is through the phone number and email address on your profile. So, it’s important that these details are up-to-date and accessible. Follow the steps below to update the details on your profile.
- Access your account manager.
- Click EDIT PROFILE.
- Go through each tab and edit the details if necessary.
- Profile – The information here is about the account owner, e.g., profile name, phone number, and address.
- Security – This tab contains your login credentials, e.g., email address (where the reset link and notifications are sent), the username and password.
- Preferences – This is where you choose your preferred language, timezone, and your communication preference.
- Click Save when making changes on each tab.
A message appears on the screen once changes are successfully saved.
