New Rules for ICANN Domain Names Effective January 2014

Starting 1st January 2014,

All clients who have the following:

• Newly registered ICANN Domain Names (ie. .com, .net, .info, among others);
• Updated contact details and email addresses;
• Undergone domain transfers and modified its contact details;

— will be required to verify their contact details by responding to the verification email sent to the registrant contact email address. Failing to respond to the verification email within 15 days will result in the deactivation of the domain.

If you failed to receive the verification email, or require further assistance, immediately send an email including your Domain Name to our support team so we can attend to you right away.
