Secure Payment Processing via Phone or Chat

We've improved our payment process to keep your credit card information safe. Our system follows strict security standards (PCI DSS) to prevent fraud and protect your data. Now, you can make payments over the phone or through chat without sharing your card details directly with our support team.

Read the guide below on how you can securely complete a payment with assistance from our phone or chat support representatives.

What to expect during the payment process

Step 1: Initiating the payment

Inform the phone or chat support agent that you are ready to proceed with the payment so they can initiate a secure payment session. Don’t worry—they will guide you through the entire process.

Step 2: Entering your card details

For Phone Support:

  1. Use your phone’s dial pad to enter your credit card details directly. This ensures that sensitive information is not shared aloud to the agent.

  2. Follow these steps:
    • Enter your credit card number when prompted.
    • After the agent confirms the validity of your card number, they will ask you to input the expiration date (MMYY) and CVV code next.

For Chat Support:

  1. The agent will send you a secure payment link.
  2. Open the link on your device and enter your card details:
    • Credit card number
    • Expiration date (MMYY)
    • CVV code

  3. Click Process Card to confirm the payment.

IMPORTANT. Before confirming, double-check all the details: the amount to be paid, your credit card number, expiry date, and CVV.

Step 3: Payment confirmation

Wait as the support agent verifies the payment in our system.

  • For Phone Payments: The agent will verbally confirm once your payment is successfully processed.
  • For Chat Payments: You’ll see a “Success” notification on your screen once the payment is complete.

Once verified, the agent will confirm that your payment is successful.

Important Security Tips:

  • Use a secure, fully charged phone to prevent interruptions.
  • Always double-check the payment amount and your card details before confirming.
  • Ask for a reference number for future tracking. You can also check your email for the invoice.
  • Never share your card details directly with the voice or chat support agent.
