Stealth Forwarding

Stealth forwarding allows you to backup all incoming and outgoing emails of your email account into a backup email address. In the event that your email account was accidentally deleted, you can look into the backup account and retrieve email messages.

Before you follow the steps below, you must first decide which email account you wish to backup:

Step 1. Log in to the cPanel using this link format: http://yourdomain.com/cpanel/
            Replace yourdomain.com with the Main Domain Name connected to your hosting.
Step 2. Click Forwarders on the Email panel.

Step 3. Click Add Forwarder under Create an Email Account Forwarder.

Step 4. Enter the email address you wish to forward from and its destination. See screenshot below for incoming email forwarder:

For your outgoing emails, follow the screenshot below:

Step 5. Click Add Forwarder to save.

The steps above will backup emails from [email protected] to [email protected] for both your incoming and outgoing emails.

Email Monitoring

Email monitoring feature would allow you to monitor all incoming and outgoing emails from an email account. This allows you to keep track of all the emails being sent and received from your staff without them knowing. This can be an important feature in a business perspective.

Before going through the steps below, you must know the email accounts you’d like to monitor:

Step 1. Log in to the cPanel using this link format: http://yourdomain.com/cpanel/
            Replace yourdomain.com with the Main Domain Name connected to your hosting.
Step 2. Click Forwarders on the Email panel.

Step 3. Click Add Forwarder under Create an Email Account Forwarder.

Step 4. Enter the email address you wish to monitor and its destination. See screenshot below:

For the outgoing emails you are montoring, follow the screenshot below:

Step 5. Click Add Forwarder to save.

The above steps will allow you to monitor [email protected]’s sending and receiving emails. These emails will be received to your [email protected].
