The Titan Email Account

Here's how you can create, manage, and delete email accounts in your Titan email control panel. 

 

Accessing the Titan email control panel

To begin, access your Titan email control panel. Follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. From the product tabs on top, select Titan Email

    NOTE. Products are sorted by domain name. Ensure you choose the domain linked to your Titan Email.

  3. On the right side of your Titan Email product, click MANAGE
  4. Click Manage Emails, then select Email Accounts.

If you haven't created an email account yet, you'll see the Create new email account button in the center of the screen. Otherwise, you'll see a list of your email accounts and the following features and functionalities:

If you have multiple email accounts, use the search bar to locate a specific account.

 

Create new email account button 

Use the Create new email account button to create a Titan email account. Follow the steps below:

  1. Enter a new email address username in the Email text box. 

    NOTE. To grant admin privileges to the new account, tick the Make this email account an admin checkbox. An admin account can add or delete email accounts, manage billing, upgrades, and other admin accounts.

  2. Enter your email account password in the Password text box manually, or you can toggle Automatically generate password if you want the system to generate the password for you. 
  3. Enter a recovery email in the Password recovery email address text box. 

    IMPORTANT. Use an active recovery email address, as it will receive the login credentials. You'll also need it to reset your Titan email password if you forget it.

  4. Click Create new account

 

Email accounts table 

All created email accounts will be shown in this table, including the email accounts information and actions you can perform. 

Column Description

Email

You will see the list of email account users here. Learn more about Titan webmail.

Status

Shows if the account is Active or Suspended. To unsuspend an account, hover over Suspended status and click Unsuspend.

Usage/Quota 

Displays the quota and available storage space of an email account.

Option button (3-dot button) 

Allows you to perform various actions:

  • Access Webmail. Click to access Titan webmail. 
  • Reset Password. Click to reset the email account password. 
  • Manage Alias. Click to add email alias. Emails sent to the alias address will be delivered to the primary email account. 
  • Make admin or Disable Admin Rights. Click this to either make the email account an admin or disable admin rights. 
  • Suspend Account. Click to suspend the email account. 
  • Delete Account. Click to permanently remove the email account.
