How To Transfer Staging Site To Live Production in WordPress Hosting

Transferring staging site to live production will transfer any changes made in staging to your WordPress production site. To avoid issues and losing important information on your WordPress website, you need to take note of the following before you proceed with the instructions: 

• Secure a backup of WordPress website files 
• Secure a backup of WordPress database SQL file

Follow the instructions below on how to transfer staging site to production.

1. Log in to your Vodien Account Manager.
2. Click WordPress button on the menu bar at the top of the page.
   
   
   
    
3. Scroll down to choose the website where the staging was created.
   
   
   
    
4. Under Staging tab, click the Transfer to Production button.
   
   
   
    
5. Click Confirm Transfer to continue.
   
   
   
    
6. Wait until the setup is complete.
   
   
    

Once completed, all the changes you’ve made on your staging site will now be reflected on your live WordPress site.
