How to customize branding in Titan Webmail

Give your team a webmail experience that looks and feels like your brand. With Titan Webmail's Branding feature, you can add your logo and custom colors—so every user sees a professional, cohesive interface that reinforces your identity. This guide walks you through accessing the branding settings, uploading your logo, and choosing a color theme to match your company style.

How to access the Branding feature 

Give every user on your domain a unified, professional look—admins can apply custom branding, including company logos and webmail themes, to all email accounts at once. Here's how to find the Branding settings:

1. Log in to Titan webmail. 
2. Click on the gear icon on the top right side and select Preferences. 
3. Scroll down and select Branding.

How to upload a company logo 

Use the steps below to upload your company logo. Once done, it will show up in the webmail interface for all email accounts under your domain:

1. In the Upload company logo section, click Upload. 
2. Select Upload from device. 
3. Select the logo file from your device, then click Open. 
4. Click Save, then click Save changes to confirm. 

How to change webmail color theme 

You can change how your webmail looks by selecting a new option from the Color theme section.

• To choose a preset color theme, follow these steps:

1. Select Choose from our tried and tested themes. 
2. Choose a preset Color theme. 
3. Click Save changes to confirm.

• To create a custom color theme, follow these steps: 

1. Select Create your own custom theme. 
2. Click Side bar or Button to choose their respective colors. 
3. Click Save changes to confirm.
