	<li>Scroll down to the&nbsp;<strong>Administration </strong>section.</li>
	<li>Click the&nbsp;<strong>Registrant Contact</strong><strong> </strong>row, and click <strong>Change Owner</strong>.</li>
	<li>Scroll down and click the <strong>Download Update Form</strong>.</li>
