How To Enable Two-Factor Authentication for Titan
This article walks you through how to enable and manage two-factor authentication (2FA) for your Titan email account. By following this guide, you’ll learn how to strengthen your email security, set up 2FA using an authenticator app, and manage or disable it whenever needed.

What you need to get started
Before setting up 2FA, make sure you install an authenticator app on your mobile device. You can use any of the following:
- Google Authenticator (Android & iOS)
- Microsoft Authenticator (Android & iOS)
- Authy (Android & iOS)
- Zoho OneAuth (Android & iOS)
Enabling two-factor authentication
Follow these steps to activate 2FA on your Titan email:
- Log in to Titan Email via Webmail.
- Click Settings (⚙️) in the upper-right corner, then select Preferences. This opens the Account & Security page.
- On the right, select Security (2FA).
- Click Set up now.
- Enter your email password to confirm your identity.
- Click I have an authenticator app. A QR code and setup key will appear.
NOTE. By this point, you should already have an authenticator app installed on your mobile device.
- Open your authenticator app and either scan the QR code or manually enter the setup key.
- Click Next.
- Enter the 6-digit code generated by your authenticator app, then click Verify.
Managing your 2FA settings
Once enabled, you can update or review your 2FA settings anytime:
- Log in to Titan Email via Webmail.
- Click Settings (⚙️) in the upper-right, then select Preferences. This opens the Account & Security page.
- On the right, select Security (2FA), then click Manage.
- Enter your password to proceed.
From here, you can:- Change your authenticator app
- View your recovery codes
- Update your 2FA setup
Disabling two-factor authentication
If you no longer wish to use 2FA, you can disable it through your Vodien Account Manager:
- Access your Titan Email Manager via your Vodien Account.
- Click Email Accounts to see your list of emails.
- Select the Titan email address you want to update.
- Click the three-dot menu (⋯) next to the email account.
- Select Disable Two-Factor Authentication and follow the prompts.
You’re all set!
Now you know how to set up and manage two-factor authentication for your Titan email. With 2FA enabled, your account is now much more secure. If you ever need to make changes, you can easily return to your security settings to update or disable the feature as needed.
