How Titan Team Chat helps your team work better

How to set up Titan Team Chat
- In your Titan account, click the App Switcher icon in the top-left corner.
- Select Team Chat.
- On the Team Chat page, click Get Started.
- Enter your email address.
- Click Login if you already have a Team Chat account or click Create a Team to set up a new one.
- Check your email for a verification PIN.
- Enter the verification PIN to continue.
How to invite your teammates in Titan Team Chat
You can invite teammates while setting up your workspace or at any time afterward. On the setup screen, enter the email address of each teammate you wish to invite—repeat this step for each additional person, then proceed. An invitation link is automatically sent to every email address you provide.
Troubleshooting guide
Resolve common issues with verification PIN and invitation emails.
If you don't receive the verification PIN email, wait a few minutes as delivery may be delayed. Also, check your Spam or Junk folder.
If the email still hasn't arrived, return to the login screen, enter your email address again, and request a new verification PIN.
If a teammate doesn't receive their invitation email, ask them to check their Spam or Junk folder.
If they still can't find the email, resend the invitation.
