Titan AI Summary helps you save time by generating concise overviews of your email conversations. Use this feature to quickly review email discussions and identify key information without reading every message.

How to generate an AI Summary

Use AI Summary to generate a concise overview of an email conversation directly from your mailbox.

Here's how:

Open the email or email thread you want to review.
Click AI Summary.

How to review the summary details

After you generate a summary, you can quickly understand the conversation without reading every message in the thread.

The summary highlights information such as:

The primary subject of the discussion
Significant points raised during the conversation
Important updates, outcomes, or required actions

Use this overview to quickly understand the context of the discussion and determine what requires your attention.

After reviewing the summary, you can copy it for future reference or share feedback about its quality.

To copy a generated summary, follow these steps:

Hover over the summary card.
Click the Copy icon.

You can then paste the copied summary wherever you need it, such as notes, documents, or internal communications.

To share your feedback:

Select Like if the summary was helpful.
Select Unlike if the summary did not meet your expectations.

If you select Unlike, you can provide additional details about your experience. Your feedback helps improve the quality and accuracy of future summaries.

Titan AI Summary processes your information with privacy in mind.

When you use this feature:

Titan AI Summary analyses emails stored in your mailbox only.
It does not share your email content with other users.
It securely processes generated summaries and displays them only to you.

Check plan availability and limits

The availability of Titan AI Summary depends on your Titan Email plan.

Professional and Business plans

You receive four AI Summary credits in total (3 + 1), granted as a one-time allocation.
Unused credits don’t refresh daily, monthly, or at billing renewal.
Each generated summary uses one credit.
Once all credits are used, the feature becomes unavailable unless you upgrade your plan.

Enterprise plans

AI Summary usage is unlimited, with no credit restrictions.
Generate as many summaries as you need.
