If you are using emails with Vodien, do the following:

  1. Go to your Wix account.
  2. Edit DNS records.
  3. Enter your MX record: mail.domain.com (replace domain.com with your actual domain name). The Priority number is 0.

If emails are hosted with another provider, kindly contact them what your MX record is and change the DNS on your Wix account.

Use DNS records

You are required to add 2 CNAME records and 1 A record for the domain name. This can be done through:

Scenario 1: Use Billing Client Area DNS Editor if the domain name is registered with Vodien and is using Vodien’s name servers.

Scenario 2. Use Hosting cPanel Zone Editor

  • if the domain name is registered with another registrar and is using Vodien for Hosting
  • if the domain name is both registered and hosted with Vodien
  • if you are using a subdomain name for the website
