How to set up security code in Billing Client Area?

For an improved security, we will be verifying disclosure of certain sensitive information via a 4-digit code over calls upon request of such information. If you have not created a security code yet or forgot what it was, follow the instructions below on how to set it up in the Billing Client Area.

Security Code – Billing Client Area

Step 1. Log in to the client portal using the registered email address and password.

Step 2. Click on Update Your Details.

Step 3. Click “Security Settings” tab.

Step 4. Enter your desired 4-digit code twice.

Step 5. Click “Save Changes”.
