How To Change cPanel Password in WHM

You can change the cPanel password either in the cPanel or in WHM if you have access to it. Follow the steps below on how to change cPanel password in WHM.

NOTE: This is only available to Vodien Virtual Server plans and Dedicated Server plans.

1. Log in to WHM.
   
   
   
    
2. Click Account Functions on the sidebar menu.
   
   
   
    
3. Click Password Modification.
   
   
   
    
4. Click the corresponding radio button on the cPanel account to be modified. Use the search box if necessary.
   
   
   
    
5. Enter the new password in the New Password and Confirm Password fields. Click Generate if you want to use the password generator and make sure to take note of the password generated.
    
6. Click Change Password.
   
   
    

A message displays on the page as a confirmation for the changes made.
