How to Change Email Display Name

When you create an email account, display names are not available for you to change or add, yet. However, once the email account is created and you’ve accessed your Webmail or have set up your email on your mobile or desktop, you can then change or add your display name. 

The steps below will be on how you can change your email display name on Webmail: 

Step 1. Log in to your Webmail. You can go to yourdomain.com/webmail or yourdomain.com:2096
             Replace yourdomain.com to your Main Domain Name connected to your email.
Step 2. Click Open under Open your inbox.
             This can be skipped if you’re already routed to your Inbox. 

Step 3. Click Settings on the top-right of the page. 

Step 4. Under Settings, click Identities. Select the email address.

Step 5. Under Edit Identity, enter your Display Name. Click Save.
