How to change your Display Name in Roundcube Webmail

Your Display Name is the name recipients see when they receive emails from your email address.

If you are using a cPanel email account, you can update your display name through Roundcube Webmail.

Update your display name

Follow the steps below to update your email display name on Roundcube Webmail.

1. Log in to your Webmail.
2. In the left panel, click ⚙️Settings.
3. Click Identities, then select the email address you want to update.
4. On the Identity Settings screen, enter the display name you want recipients to see when you send emails. You can also update other identity settings, such as your organization name, reply-to address, Bcc address, and personal signature on the same screen.
5. Click Save. 

After updating your display name

Your new display name will be used for future emails sent from Webmail.

If you also access the same email account through a desktop or mobile email application, you may need to update the display name there as well to ensure a consistent sender name across all devices.
