If you use Roundcube Webmail with a cPanel-hosted email account, you can download an email message and save it to your computer as an .eml file.

Downloading an email can be useful when you need to:

<ol>
	<li>Log in to your <a href="/help/article/accessing-webmail" target="_self">Webmail</a>.</li>
	<li>Browse to the folder that contains the message you want to download, then select the email.</li>
	<li>Click ••• More in the toolbar.</li>
	<li>Select Export or Download (.eml), depending on the options available in your Roundcube interface.</li>

The email is downloaded to your computer as an .eml file. Depending on your browser settings, the file is typically saved in your Downloads folder or another location you specify.
