How To Delete a Product or Domain Name

Deleting a product or domain name

1. Log in to your Vodien Account.
2. From the top menu, select the category of the product you want to delete.
   
   
   
    
3. Locate the product you want to delete and click MANAGE to open the product manager.
4. Click the three-dot icon (⁝) on the top-right corner, then select Delete.
   
   
   
    
5. Carefully review the warning message before proceeding.
   
   
   
    
6. Click KEEP SERVICE if you do not want to continue with the deletion. Otherwise, click CONTINUE TO DELETE.
7. Select the reason that best describes why you are deleting the product or domain.
8. Click Confirm Delete to submit your request.
   
   
   
    

If you are deleting a domain name, it will immediately move to Pending Delete or Redemption, depending on the domain extension (TLD). This action cannot be reversed, and recovering the domain may be difficult or expensive. If you're unsure about deleting your product or domain, consider the alternatives below first.
