How To Set Up Microsoft OneDrive

In this day and age, you may own multiple devices for work and personal use. Synchronise your devices and setup your Microsoft OneDrive to not miss out on any tasks.

You can skip through the steps depending on the device you'd like to setup:

 

Windows PC

Before you proceed with the steps below, we recommend downloading OneDrive first. Once this is done, follow the steps below:

1. Search for OneDrive from your Windows PC.

2. Enter your Office 365 email address in the Enter your email address field. Click Sign in button.

3. Type your password and click Sign in button again.

4. Select a location where OneDrive files will be stored on your computer by clicking Change location link and selecting the folder. Click Select Folder.

5. Click Next You'll be given a OneDrive folder name; click Sync Now button.

6. Select the folders and/or files you want to sync with your OneDrive and click Next button.

You will get a message that your OneDrive is ready for you to use.

 

Mac

Make sure to download and install OneDrive application from your App Store. Once this is done, follow the steps below:

1. Open your OneDrive.

  • If you're adding an additional account, right-click on the OneDrive icon on the top bar. Select Preferences.
  • Click Account Tab and click on Add an Account

2. Enter your Office 365 email address on the Enter your email address Click Sign in button.

3. Type your password and click Sign in button again.

4. Select a location where OneDrive files will be stored on your computer by clicking Change location link and selecting the folder. Click Select Folder.

5. Click Next button. You'll be given a OneDrive folder name; click Sync Now button.

6. Select the folders and/or files you want to sync with your OneDrive and click Next button.

You will get a message that your OneDrive is ready for you to use.

 

Android

Before you proceed with the steps below, we recommend downloading OneDrive first from Google Play. Once this is done, follow the steps below:

1. Open OneDrive.

2. Tap Sign in.

  • If you're adding an additional account, tap the Hamburger icon on the top left.
  • Tap Add another account.

3. Type your Office 365 email address in the Email or phone field. Tap the arrow to sign in.

4. Type in your password and click on Sign in

From there, you can start using your OneDrive on your phone.

 

iPhone

Make sure to download and install OneDrive application from your App Store. Once this is done, follow the steps below:

1. Open OneDrive.

  • If you're adding an additional account, tap Me in the lower right-hand corner.
  • Tap Add Account.

2. Enter your Office 365 email address in the Email or phone field. Tap the arrow to sign in.

3. Type in your password and click on Sign in.

 

From there, you can start navigating through your OneDrive on your iPhone.
