How To Set Up Titan Email in Microsoft Outlook 2019

Follow this step-by-step guide to configure your Vodien Titan email account in Microsoft Outlook 2019.

 

IMPORTANT. To use Titan email on other email clients, you must first enable Titan for third-party apps.

 

Before you proceed, make sure you have:

 

Set Up Titan Email in Outlook 2019

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook 2019.
  2. Click File, and then Add Account.
     

    NOTE: If you're opening Outlook 2019 for the first time, you may see the Choose Profile window. Just click OK to continue, and then Next on the Welcome to Outlook window.

  3. Enter your email address, then click Advanced Options.
  4. Check the Let me set up my account manually box, and then click Connect.
  5. When the Choose account type window opens, select either of the following:
     
    • POP (Post Office Protocol)
    • IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol)

  6. On the IMAP or POP Account Settings screen, enter the following details:
     
    POP ACCOUNT SERVER INFORMATION
    Account Type POP
    Incoming mail server pop.titan.email
    Port 995
    Encryption method SSL/TLS
    Outgoing mail server smtp.titan.email
    Port 465
    Encryption method SSL/TLS

     

    IMAP ACCOUNT SERVER INFORMATION
    Account Type IMAP
    Incoming mail server imap.titan.email
    Port 993
    Encryption method SSL/TLS
    Outgoing mail server smtp.titan.email
    Port 465
    Encryption method SSL/TLS

     

  7. After entering the required information, click Next.
  8. Enter your email password, and then click Connect. Wait as Outlook tests the account settings.
  9. Once the setup is successful, click OK.

 

NOTE.
  • Allow some time for your messages to completely load as you may not immediately see them after setting up your email account.
  • To ensure everything works properly, send a test email.
