How To Set Up Titan Email on iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch

You can easily add your Titan email account to the Mail app on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch. Simply follow the guide below to get started.

Before you proceed, make sure you have:

Set Up Titan Email on iPhone or iPad

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap Mail, then tap Accounts.
  3. Tap Add Account, then select Other at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Tap Add Mail Account.
  5. Enter the required details. See the guide below.

     

    Name

    Enter your name

    Email

    Enter your full email address

    Password

    Enter the password of the email account you’re trying to set up

    Description

    Enter your preferred description (e.g., school, work, personal).

     

  6. Tap Next on the top-right of the screen.
  7. Choose IMAP or POP for your email protocol.
  8. Enter the Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server settings for the account type (IMAP /POP) you've chosen.

     

    IMAP ACCOUNT SETTINGS

    Incoming Mail Server

    Host Name: imap.titan.email
    Username: Enter the full email address
    Password: Enter your email password

    Outgoing Mail Server

    Host Name: smtp.titan.email
    Username: Enter the full email address
    Password: Enter your email password
     
    POP ACCOUNT SETTINGS

    Incoming Mail Server

    Host Name: pop.titan.email
    Username: Enter the full email address
    Password: Enter your email password

    Outgoing Mail Server

    Host Name: smtp.titan.email
    Username: Enter the full email address
    Password: Enter your email password

  9. Tap Next and wait while it verifies your settings.
  10. Tap Save to complete the process.

 

You're all set! You should now be able to check emails in your iPhone's Mail app.

 

NOTE:
  • If you've entered the incorrect email settings, you’ll be asked to update them. Just enter the mail server and port numbers from above.
  • Allow some time for your messages to fully load, as they may not appear immediately after the account setup.
  • Send a test email to verify if the setup is successful.
