Set up an SPF (Sender Policy Framework) record in cPanel to help prevent email spoofing and verify that emails sent from your domain come from authorised mail servers.

Follow the steps below to add an SPF record using cPanel.

<ol>
	<li>Log in to <a href="/help/article/how-to-access-control-panel">cPanel</a>.</li>
	<li>Click Email Deliverability under the Email panel.</li>
	<li>Locate the domain name that you wish to do changes with, and click Manage.</li>
	<li>Under SPF, click Install the Suggested Record.</li>
</ol>

Note: It will say that a problem exists in case the SPF record hasn’t been added yet or there are troubles of the previous record that was added. Please allow at least 2 - 4 hours propagation time for the whole internet to cache the information.
