Email accounts are prone to be spoofed, this is where&nbsp;<a href="/help/article/what-is-emailspoofing" target="_self">Email Spoofing&nbsp;</a>comes in. By saying this, SPF Records (Send Policy Framework) will help avoid from having this issue. SPF Record is designed to detect email spoofing by providing a structure to allow receiving mail exchangers to check that incoming mail from a domain comes from a host authorised by that domain’s administrator.

Below are the steps on how you can add SPF Records via cPanel:

Step 1. Log in to cPanel using this link format: <a href="http://yourdomain.com/cpanel/">http://yourdomain.com/cpanel/</a> 
Replace yourdomain.com with Main Domain Name connected to your hosting. 
Step 2. Click Email Deliverability under the Email panel.

Step 3. Locate the domain name that you wish to do changes with, and click Manage.

Step 4. Under SPF, click Install the Suggested Record.

<div class="alert alert-warning" role="alert">Note: It will say that a problem exists in case the SPF record hasn’t been added yet or there are troubles of the previous record that was added.
