Access your store orders dashboard

Follow the steps below to open your Online Store dashboard and access your customer orders in Website Builder.

1. Open your Website Builder Editor. 
2. On the side menu, click on the Store (cart) icon. The ONLINE STORE panel will open. 
3. Click on Orders.

 

View your store summary and sales overview

Use the Store Summary section to quickly monitor your total sales, order activity, and overall store performance.

• Your Total Sales

Understand your order fulfilment status

Track your customer orders more efficiently by viewing fulfilment statuses such as paid, unpaid, shipped, and pending orders.

 

Not Paid, Not Shipped

Orders that are: 

• Unpaid 
• Not yet shipped or fulfilled 

 

Paid, Not Shipped 

Orders that are: 

• Paid 
• Partially fulfilled or pending shipment 

 

Not Paid, Shipped 

Orders that are: 

• Already in transit 
• Not yet paid
