How to View Email Full Header

Email Headers can be used to identify the tofromdate, and subject. It also provides information on the route of the email take as it is transferred from your computer to another. These headers can also trace IP address for received bounce back emails. 

You’ll be able to see these headers using:

via Webmail

Step 1. Log in to your Webmail. You can go to yourdomain.com/webmail or yourdomain.com:2096.
            Replace yourdomain.com to your Main Domain Name connected to your email.
Step 2. On the Inbox or any folder you have where the email is located and select the email.
Step 3. Click on More and select <> Show source.

            

There will be a new window that will give you a full header of the current email you’ve selected. 

via Mac Mail

Step 1. Open Mac Mail
Step 2. On the Inbox or any folder you have where the email is located and select the email. 
Step 3. Click View menu, select Message and select All Headers

            

The full header will be shown on the same window where you read the email. 

via Outlook 2016

Step 1. Open Outlook.
Step 2. On the Inbox or any folder you have where the email is located and open the email.
Step 3. Click the File tab.

            

Step 4. Click on Properties.

            

Step 5. On the Properties window, you’ll be able to see and copy the whole full header on Internet headers.
