How to Create Autoresponder on Your Email Account

Autoresponder is an automated email sent on your behalf in case you are on vacation, out of office, or simply a generic response that you’ll answer their email as soon as possible.

The email response can be simple or complex (HTML). You can also specify a time frame when it will start or end. You can always create these autoresponders in your cPanel and Webmail.

Step 1. Log in to the cPanel using this link format: http://yourdomain.com/cpanel/.
             Replace yourdomain.com with the Main Domain Name connected to your hosting.
Step 2. Click Autoresponders under Email panel.

Step 3. Click Add Autoresponder.

Step 4. Enter all the necessary details in the fields:

Step 5. Click Create to save.

via Webmail

Step 1. Log in to your Webmail. You can go to yourdomain.com/webmail or yourdomain.com:2096
            Replace yourdomain.com to your Main Domain Name connected to your email.
Step 2. If you’re immediately logged in to your Mailbox, click Webmail Home.

Or, on Webmail Home choose Autoresponders under Manage Your Inbox.

Step 3. Click Add Autoresponder.

Step 4. Enter all the necessary details in the fields:

Step 5. Click Create to save.

You can test your autoresponder by sending an email from your personal email account that is not related to your domain name.
