How to install WordPress

Depending on your Linux‑based hosting plan, you can install WordPress either from the Linux Control Panel or through cPanel.

Current hosting plans include a built‑in WordPress installer within the Linux Control Panel, allowing you to install WordPress without needing to access cPanel.
Older plans, however, require installation through cPanel.

Go to your Linux Control Panel.
Click ADD SITE.
Select Install WordPress and click CONTINUE.
Enter a title for the new WordPress site and click Continue.
Enter your domain name or opt for a temporary domain if you're still testing.
Click CONTINUE and wait for the system to start and complete your WordPress installation.

Log in to your cPanel.
On the left side of your cPanel, click on WordPress Manager by Softaculous.
On the Softaculous WordPress Management page, click Install.
Complete the necessary installation settings.
Scroll down and click Install.
