What you'll need before you start
Open your welcome email from Vodien and prepare the following information:
- Your hosting login details
- Your domain name
Once you have these ready, you can start setting up your first mailbox.
Step 1: Set up your first mailbox
- Access your Titan Email Manager.
- Follow the steps in this guide: How To Create a Titan Email Account
Step 2: Activate your Titan Email account
To activate your Titan email account, make sure your domain is properly connected to your Titan email server.
- If you purchased your domain and email together, this is usually automatically configured
- If not, you’ll need to manually set up your MX and TXT records, so your email service works properly. These records ensure that emails are routed correctly and that your domain is verified. Once your DNS settings are updated, allow some time for the changes to take effect.
Step 3: Access the Titan Webmail and send a test email
Now that your account is created and your email settings are verified, it's time to test if everything is working.
- Follow this guide: How To Access Titan Email From Any Browser
- Log in using your new email and password
If you can log in the Titan Webmail successfully, you’re right on track.
- Send and receive a test email to confirm everything is working properly.
- thIf emails fail to send or arrive, it may be a DNS issue. Allow up to 48–72 hours for DNS changes to fully propagate before running another test.
Step 4: Set up Titan email on your mobile device
You can access your Titan Email in several ways:

If you’re unable to send or receive emails, check the following:
| Problem | Possible Solution |
|---|---|

Incorrect password |
Reset your password through the Titan Email Manager, then update the new password in your email client. |
|
SMTP authentication disabled |
Enable SMTP authentication and ensure you’re using the same login credentials as your incoming mail server |
| Incorrect port | Make sure you have the right Titan Email Server Settings. |
| DNS changes not yet propagated | Allow up to 24–48 hours for DNS propagation to complete. You can also review your MX records to ensure they are properly configured. |
| Domain not pointing to the hosting server | Verify that your DNS records (such as MX and SPF) are pointing to Titan’s mail servers. Update them in your DNS settings if needed. |
| Mailbox quota exceeded | Clear out unnecessary emails to free up space, or consider upgrading your email plan for additional storage. |
