Deleting a product
Deleting a product from your Account Manager removes it from your account immediately. The product will stop working and may interrupt other services attached to it like cPanel access, website, email. Product deletion is subject to a no-refund condition. If you believe you are eligible for a refund under our refund policy, please contact us before deleting the product.
Refund Policy
You may cancel a product at any time. However, we will only consider a refund if you file a claim within the applicable rejection period, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
Money Back Guarantee
Some products include a 30-day money-back guarantee for Web Hosting services. If you are not satisfied, you may claim a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
Standard Rejection Period
All other products and services—except domain names—have a 72-hour rejection period after successful activation.
Domain Name Registration and Renewal
We cannot provide refunds or indemnify you for the cost of any domain name service. Domain names are often sold at cost prices at the registry.
